Sony has finally announced a release date for their upcoming zombie survival game Days Gone. The game is releasing on February 22, 2019, exclusively for PS4, a brand new trailer is also released which you can see below:
“The trailer also introduces two new animal threats: mountain lions, or cougars, and infected ravens – called Criers in our world,” reads a blog post on PlayStation Blog. The trailer also offers our first look at a new enemy human faction: Rest In Peace, or R.I.P. – “a cult that worships the Freakers. Rippers, as they’re known, dress like Freakers – and kill anyone who isn’t a Ripper”. They’re a significant part of Days Gone‘s overall plot and “an important part of the in-game Freaker ecology”.
Three new characters are also introduced: William “Boozer” Gray (played by Jim Pirri), Ada Tucker (DeeDee Rescher) and Alkai Turner (Jonathan Joss).
Days Gone will be at E3 2018 with a new gameplay footage. Stay tuned.
